I do not make urgent commissions and do not make them for an additional fee;

I don't draw private commissions;

I reserve all rights to my artworks and can post it on any platforms;

Also i have the right to publish or not any of my artworks;

I can refuse to fulfill the order for personal reasons at any time before payment.

You are allowed to post your commission on any platforms, but you must not erase my watermark;

You can crop and edit your commission as you see fit (for icon, banner, avatar, etc.);

You can use the work for commercial purposes, but first contact me to ask for permission.

I will make a sketch and send it to you for approval or edits;

All edits are free only at the sketch stage - I may not draw small details (because this is a rough sketch), but if you notice that I forgot something, then I will fix it without any problems. But if you need to fix a hairstyle, item of clothing or accessory on final artwork, then I will take an additional amount;

The finished artwork will be sent to your DM or by mail in high quality and with my watermark.

I don't refund if:

The order fulfillment period has not expired (namely, 12 months);

You urgently need to return the amount for personal reasons;

You changed your mind to commission me.

I agree to a refund if:

I overdue the deadlines (but if we set new deadlines, then I continue to work).

If you still make a refund, then I have the right to refuse you future commissions;

However, if it happened by mistake and we managed to fix the problem, then everything is fine.
